I spent many years in survival mode. My wounds may have been invisible, but they showed themselves in many ways. Beliefs about myself prevented me from making good choices. Self-compassion, self-love, and safety felt far out of reach for me for a very long time. The struggle can be overwhelming. The effects of trauma and abuse can make a life of joy feel impossible. We all have a story to tell, and a story to heal.
I am passionate about helping you achieve your dreams and live a fulfilling life. I provide personalized coaching sessions that will help you gain clarity, identify your strengths, and overcome limiting beliefs. Together, we will design a roadmap for a journey to healing.

How does trauma recovery coaching work?
Being seen, being heard, and feeling understood by another person is vital to healing and recovery from the after-effects of trauma. When we feel safe, we are able to explore new ideas and beliefs about ourselves.
What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?
Therapists are licensed professionals whose goals are to diagnose and treat. They provide therapy for identifiable issues and play an important role in mental well-being. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy but can be used in conjunction with a good therapist. A coach is able to brainstorm with you and recommend action items that are essential to taking charge of your present and future well-being...and to support your follow-through.

You don't have to travel this journey alone.
First, let's connect for a free 30-minute call to talk about what changes you'd like to see in your life and if my services and fees are good fit for you. Then, we go from there. The only commitment required is the one you make to invest in yourself.
There is a brokenness out of which comes the unbroken,
a shatteredness out of which blooms the unshatterable.
There is a sorrow beyond all grief which leads to joy
and a fragility out of whose depths emerges strength.
There is a hollow space too vast for words through which we pass with each loss,
out of whose darkness we are sanctioned into being.
There is a cry deeper than all sound whose serrated edges cut the heart
as we break open to the place inside which is unbreakable and whole,
while learning to sing.
